WinWizard '99

The award-winning System Tweaker Utility for Windows

WinWizard was written in 1999 to let users tweak various settings in Windows with minimal risk of damaging their operating system. It does not work on the Windows NT line of products (Windows 2000, XP, 2003, and Vista.) and is no longer supported on any version of Windows (including Windows 95, 98 and ME, the platforms which it explicitly supported).
